Join us for Chair Exercises!
March 20, 2023Chair exercises are an excellent way to build strength and improve flexibility without having to put too much strain on your body. Residents of Kempton of Greenville have Chair Exercise class 3-4 times a week and enjoy both working out and spending time with friends!
